About the Dining Room

The Bishop Booth Dining Room is our largest meeting space.  It features a wall of recently renovated windows with a view of the woods and a peek at Lake Champlain.  This room is perfect for trainings and group meetings, and can be set to accommodate up to 21 people with 6ft tables, or in a large circle with socially distanced chairs.

Fees

The Bishop Booth Dining room is rented by the day.  The patio and/or 1-2 small break out rooms can be added on as long as socially distancing is following in those spaces (please contact us for more details).

  • Regular Rate: $600/day

  • Nonprofit Rate: $450/day

Meals & Catering

Catering may be arranged for groups. We partner with Sugarsnap, a local farm-to-table caterer that specializes in wedding, business meetings, and other events. Sugarsnap runs our kitchen and works directly with clients to set up menus for everything from business meetings to retreats and weddings.  Please indicate whether you will need catering in your reservation and we will connect you with Sugarsnap.

Please note - no other caterers are allowed to bring food into the Conference Center.

Weddings

The Rock Point Center's lake-front location is perfect for the couple who desires a wedding or civil union that embraces natural beauty. Couples who host here are often looking for an alternative to the expensive wedding circuit, but are still able to create memories that last a lifetime.

Available Spaces

In addition to the meeting rooms that are available to all groups, weddings and other ceremonies can take advantage of Rock Point's natural surroundings, including:

  • The Outdoor Chapel

  • The Bishop Booth Dining Room Patio

  • The Lakefront (especially for beautiful photos!)

Please download the Conference & Event Guide for detailed room descriptions and set up options.

Catering

Couples can choose to use Sugarsnap, our designated catering partner to create a delicious, customized menu. Couples may also choose to bring in their own food.  Limited access to our commercial kitchen is available (for refrigeration or dish-washing) with the support of our site manager for a small additional fee.

Event Rentals

While the Rock Point Center can provide a limited number of chairs, plates, and other event supplies, we often encourage couples to partner with Vermont Tent Company for things like place settings, chairs, linens, and outdoor tents.
