Counselors in Training (CIT) gives teens (14-16) the skills they need to enter the working world! Whether they’re interested in becoming a future Rock Point camp counselor or serving as a role model, CIT is a great opportunity to gain self- confidence, learn how to work with children, and have fun all at the time! What they’ll learn:

• Engaging Young Campers

• Learning How to Interview

• Resume Building

• Lead Camp Games, Songs, Crafts, and more!
