MEET OUR TEAM
Kelly Kimball (she/her)
Executive Director
Kelly joined Rock Point Commons as Executive Director in November 2022. A long-time admirer of Rock Point and a resident of Burlington’s New North End, she feels deeply grateful to work on this land and alongside this community-minded team.
Kelly brings over two decades of experience in international development, with a focus on supporting civic engagement and social inclusion. She is energized by the variety each day brings—whether it’s wrestling with spreadsheets, welcoming hikers, collecting sap, or helping move the sheep to new pasture.
After years of globally focused work, Kelly is delighted to turn her attention to her local community, both through her role at Rock Point Commons and as a board member of the Parks Foundation of Burlington. She lives nearby with her family—including a daughter who has grown up exploring Rock Point—and their dog Nimby, a devoted Rock Point adventurer.

Tyler Pastorok (they/he)
Land Steward & Programs Coordinator
Tyler joined the team as seasonal help for Chuck in 2022 and has been with us year-round ever since. They quickly became a pillar of the team, bringing Rock Point Commons’ mission to life through land stewardship and education.
Tyler is a life-long learner with a passion for sharing stories and skills of the land. They host our Full Moon Ceremonies, the Reading Rock Point class, and Rock Point Community Homestead. You’re likely to find them out working in the gardens, sharing natural history on the trails, or burning the midnight oil in the maple sugar-shack in March.
